The Lexus CT 200h is a luxury sport compact in the in the Lexus line of hybrids. The CT 200h has the highest mile per gallon (mpg) rating of any of the Lexus hybrids at 42 mpg combined city/highway. The battery is the same as a 3rd generation Prius and the Prius V, a 1.3 kWh battery with 28 individual cells. Each cell is roughly around 7.2 volt 6.5 amp hour. The price for a new battery from the dealer is $3,938 before tax and installation. Because of our reconditioning process we’re able to bring our batteries back to that 6.5 amp hour rating for a fraction of the cost of a new battery and without needlessly having to throw away the good cells in the battery.
