Warranty
All our batteries have a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. But there are a few things that can void the warranty.
Tampering
When we are reconditioning a battery we will save the serial numbers from each cell. We also put tamper proof tape on the battery. If it appears the battery was opened we will open the battery to see if all the cells’ serial numbers match our records. If they don’t mach we won’t be able to warranty the battery.
Flooding
It there is any evidence that the car has flooded we will see if the battery received any damage. If there is any evidence that the flooding damaged the battery, the warranty will be voided.
Car Wreck
If the car was in a wreck we will look to see if there was any damage to the battery. If there is any damage from the accident the battery warranty will be voided.
Service Area
If the car is out our service area we will not be able to replace your battery. We can ship the battery to the customer at the customers’ expense. We will need pictures of the battery condition and that the tamper proof tape isn’t broken. We will also hold a deposit until the old battery is sent back to us. We understand that people move and we want the process to be as painless as possible.
